• regularly conducting 1:1s with a team of over twenty developers. Making sure that everyone has what they need,
• defining and managing department and company processes,
• cooperation with other leaders on creating work environment that supports development and communication between teams,
• taking part in the recruitment process - making sure that the right people are joining the company. Later, handling their onboarding process and everything needed during the trial period,
• I’ve developed and introduced in the company a system (based on Notion) that supports development and exchange of knowledge between employees.
• recently I got promotion to Head of Development but as I had no possibility to test myself in it it's not mentioned in my experience.

• I led a few client projects, making decisions about utilized technology stack, helping team members with their obstacles and coaching them. Besides that, I was actively developing new features and solving bugs.
• Usually focussing on configuring processes and making sure that things are automated to a reasonable extent.
• I took part in a grassroots initiative to build a group that handled soft-skills-related matters in the company. We created a workshop on giving feedback which was later used as a part of onboarding process. We also helped a few departments to get feedback from employees about their activity.

I was part of a team responsible for preparing the company products to be developed and resold by partners. I was also responsible for implementing and maintaining the admin app and core app features.
